Step 1

Register here for an account.


Step 2

Register for the NDC Helpdesk and request connection to NDC.

Within the form, please ensure you specify the Business Model as 'IATA-Accredited Travel Agency or TMC or Other' and Connection Type as 'Direct Connection'.

Following this, you will receive a registration form to complete.


Step 3

The British Airways Distribution Team will review the submission.

If no further detail is required, we will enable your access to our pre-live NDC environment for you to start your development and testing.

Connect via a Third Party Technology Provider or Aggregator.


Step 1

Register for the NDC Helpdesk and request connection to NDC.

Within this form, please ensure you specify the Business Model as 'IATA-Accredited Travel Agency or TMC or Other' and Connection Type as 'Connect via a Third Party'.


Step 2

The British Airways Distribution
Team will review your submission and advise once registration is complete.

Enter details for the company and for the first administrator user. Note we do not currently accept TIDS.


Step 2

The British Airways Distribution Team will review the submission.

If no further detail is required, we will enable you to begin booking through the Portal.
