1. How To Register For A Saleshub Account?

Step 1
 

Navigate To The Registration Page

To register for a new account, start by clicking the registration button located on the homepage of the NDC Communications Hub .

Alternatively, you can navigate to the Registration page through the main menu bar: API Information > Getting Started > 1. Register to access .

Request Access To The Saleshub

If you are new to British Airways NDC, first, you need access to the Saleshub. You can register with a few easy steps.

Email Verification

Please enter your email address and validate your account by clicking the link emailed to you.

Enter User Details

If you have one, you must enter your IATA # or PartnerID (AggregatorID).

If you do not have a PartnerID and are not an IATA or ARC agent, then tick this box.

Confirmation Of Registration

Your successful registration will be confirmed on the Saleshub page. You will also receive a confirmation email. 


2. How To Access The New British Airways NDC Dashboard?

Step 1
 

Access The Saleshub Login Page

Once you already have a Saleshub account, to register for the NDC Dashboard, you need to log in to Saleshub first.

You can do so either from the registration page shown above or through the main menu bar: API Information > Getting Started > Login to Saleshub .

Login To Saleshub

Enter your login details.

You can also reset your password on this page if you ever need to do so.

Request Access To The NDC Dashboard

By selecting the New Distribution Capability, you will enter the registration page for NDC.

Enter Company Details

Please fill out the registration form, including:

Details of your IATA ID Card - if you have one.

Business model - if you are not sure which option suits you the best, please raise an NDC support request.

Details of your accreditation type - if you do not have one, select "GoStandard".

Await Verification

You will see an orange button indicating the request has been submitted. Do not get alarmed. The orange "Pending approval" will be shown until your access gets granted by the NDC team.

Access The NDC Dashboard

Once your request is approved, you will see the button in green colour. Please login to the NDC Dashboard and request NDC access upon your needs.


3. How To Connect To British Airways NDC?

Step 1
 

Request NDC Access

After you log in to the NDC Dashboard, this is the page you will see. Here you can request access to NDC and view your request's status and existing connections.

To request access to NDC, please select NDC access request from the dropdown menu.

Essential details (such as documentation and developer information) are obtainable through links at the top right corner.

Choose The Connection Type

You can choose the type of connection that suits you the most.

If you wish to connect to NDC via a third-party provider, section 3.1. Requesting "Third-party" NDC access is the one for you.

If you are interested in building and developing your own platform and would like to interact with our endpoints directly, please select "Direct" and follow the steps described in 3.2. of this manual.

3.1. Requesting Third-Party NDC Access

Access Via Third-Party Provider

Request connection type "Via Third-Party provider" if you are not developing your own platform.

Please raise an NDC support request if you are not sure about the business model that fits you the best.

The email in this section should belong to a person in your organisation authorised to approve contracts.

Select Your Provider

Select the carrier, and you will be presented with a search box. Type and select your particular provider.

Specify Details And Confirm

The first asterisk locates the position of provides on the page.

You can select a connection to NDC globally or for selected markets only.

Read and accept terms & conditions to proceed further.

3.2. Requesting Direct NDC Connection Access

Access Via Direct Connection

As described in section 3. Step 2, you have a choice of the connection type. The following steps describe registering for a Direct connection and its Pre-live and Live environments.

Provide Application Details

If you are unsure which business model suits you best, please raise an NDC support request.

The email in this section should belong to a person in your organisation authorised to approve contracts.

Create a unique username or enter the one you already have.

Select Your Plan

You must first register for Pre-live environment before requesting Live access.

Please, follow the same steps as Pre-live for Live environment.

Continue With Your Selection

Select the carrier you wish to register for. You will need to register for British Airways and Iberia separately.

You can select a connection to NDC globally or for selected markets only.

Read and accept terms & conditions to proceed further.

Await Approval

You will see your submitted request in the dashboard. You will not be assigned a Package Key until the request is approved.

Contact Service Provider

Here you can see the status of your request and the partner you are connected to.

Once your request is approved, please get in touch with your Service Provider.

See Package Keys

With the approved request, you will also be able to see your Package Keys.

Package Key Details

Information such as Package name, Plan name, API key, and its status are details you will need to use to access our APIs.

Other Details

You will only see cases created by you.

When it comes to the API keys created within your organisation, you can see them all.


3.3. Requesting Access To Beta Environment

NDC SandBox UX
 

Register

Beta environment provides early visibility on British Airways NDC developments.

You need to have already approved access to the Pre-live Environment.

Provide your email, Agency ID or IATA Number, Mashery Username and register .
