Any business related issues such as missing fare products should also be directed to JRT so that they can pass the information to the relevant airline for resolution. When you contact the support team it is extremely important to take full page screenshots of the issue, capturing the URL. The URL contains an echo token that can be used to locate the exact time of your error in the logs, and greatly helps speed up the resolution of any issues.
Alternately you can simply send us the echo token from the URL and explain the issue.
