The Portals have an Agency Sales report that details booking information with the following fields:
Reference number (e-ticket)
Ticketing time limit
Ticket net price
Total selling price
This table can be exported into a CSV for back office use. There are filtering and sorting options in the top right hand corner of the window that allow for better navigation of the report.
We have also implemented an XML feed that sends a copy of the NDC message (OrderViewRS) generated from ticketing a booking. This copy is sent to the email address used in the registration process for the Agency. We have added in some additional fields at the bottom of the response to aid with the back-office reporting.
To set this up, you need to declare an email address for this to be exported out to. This can be found in your profile information and is shared across all accounts in the agency. This means only one output email address can be set at any one time for the entire agency or corporate.
