We fully understand that many of our joint customers may want to change their travel plans given the
evolving situation, so we have put a number of measures in place so that they can Book with Confidence
on British Airways.
As part of our Book with Confidence & Flexibility for existing bookings policy, this webform is for NDC
credit voucher issuance of British Airways 125 tickets.

Within the policy, the NDC credit voucher option provides the ability to retain the unused value of a valid
ticket towards future travel as a credit.
New travel must be completed
(outbound & inbound) by 30th April 2023.
The total value is carried forward. This includes the fare, taxes, fees & charges which
appear on the original ticket.
By opting for ‘credit’ you are forfeiting the T&Cs of the original ticket and are
accepting a new offer as ‘credit’ for future travel which is non-refundable.
Confirmation of opting for ‘credit’ applies once this COVID webform is completed.
The customer must retain their ticket number and quote this when they are ready to
make a new booking.
Any associated pre-paid bags and meals (ancillaries) will be refunded to the original form
of payment. For pre-paid seats the original value will remain associated to the booking.
Seats must be re-booked for the new flights. Additional collection maybe required
depending on new seat category

submission and then within 48 working hours hrs another email confirming if a voucher has been
We are aware that our NDC Credit Voucher confirmation emails are currently
quoting an incorrect validity (completion of new travel by Apr 2022 rather than
Apr 2023). Whilst we don’t currently have a date for a fix please be aware
that the validity on the eVoucher itself is correct and will be validated correctly
when redeemed both via the NDC API’s or offline via NDC Trade Support.
