The OrderChange-Passenger Servicing Webservice provides Travel Management Companies (TMC), Online Travel Agents (OTA) and Service Providers the ability to:
Service allows to perform one passenger servicing per transaction.
This means to say that we can only add loyalty details for one or more passengers, or add APIS details for one or more passengers, or add contact details for one or more passengers, or correct name details for one or more passengers in one single transaction. We cannot mix and match means we cannot add loyalty details and also add APIS details in the same transaction
This service allows changes to be made to an existing order (booking). This service can only be used on existing bookings and may only be accessed by the agent who created the booking. If the agent went through a 3rd party provider to create the initial booking (GDS or service provider), it is also mandatory to go through this same provider in order to access the booking. If the above conditions are not met, the service will return an error and prevent access.
