Introduction
The OrderChange-Passenger Servicing Webservice provides Travel Management Companies (TMC), Online Travel Agents (OTA) and Service Providers the ability to:
- Add Frequent Flyer information
- Add/update APIS details
- Add/update personal contact details (phone, email)
- Add/update/Delete Emergency Contact details
- Correct name details (first name, surname or title) as per NDC name correction policy - please refer to the end of the section for more information.

Limitations

Service allows to perform one passenger servicing per transaction.
This means to say that we can only add loyalty details for one or more passengers, or add APIS details for one or more passengers, or add contact details for one or more passengers, or correct name details for one or more passengers in one single transaction. We cannot mix and match means we cannot add loyalty details and also add APIS details in the same transaction
- Service does not allow cancel request to be combined with add/update request.
- For name correction, if booking has duplicate passenger names, then pass correct PassengerID in the request to identify passenger uniquely.
- For scenarios other than name correction, if booking has duplicate passenger names, then pass details for all duplicate passengers in the request for adding/updating the details otherwise the system will add/update the details to the first duplicate passengers which are matched in the booking.
This service allows changes to be made to an existing order (booking). This service can only be used on existing bookings and may only be accessed by the agent who created the booking. If the agent went through a 3rd party provider to create the initial booking (GDS or service provider), it is also mandatory to go through this same provider in order to access the booking. If the above conditions are not met, the service will return an error and prevent access.
The service offers the following capability in Passenger Servicing
- allow airline loyalty program details (FQTV) to be added for one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow non-airline loyal program details (AVIOS) to be added for one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow one On Business number to be added at the booking level.
- allow one to many Business Extra number to be added at the booking level.
- allow phone number to be added to one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow email address to be added to one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow phone number update for one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow email address update for one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow immigration details to be added for each passenger including infant passenger.
- allow immigration details to be updated for each passenger including infant passenger.
- allow passport details to be added to the booking per passenger.
- allow National ID card details (for travel with EU countries only) to be added to the booking per passenger.
- allow address at destination (mandatory for non-US citizens travelling to USA) to be added to the booking per passenger.
- allow Green Card details (non-US citizens travelling to USA) to be added to the booking per passenger.
- allow Visa details (non-US citizens travelling to USA) to be added to the booking per passenger.
- allow Redress number (non-US citizens travelling to USA) to be added to the booking per passenger.
- allow immigration details to be updated.
- allow clients to add emergency contact details for one or more passengers in the booking
- allow clients to update emergency contact details for one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow clients to cancel emergency contact details for one or more passengers in the booking.
- allow clients to update first name, surname or title as per NDC name correction policy.
- allow clients to remove title as per NDC name correction policy.

What can you do to correct a name using NDC services?
- For un-ticketed booking, sellers will be able to change totally up to 3 characters from Last Name + Given Name + Title of the Passenger .
- For ticketed booking, sellers will be able to change totally up to 3 characters from Given Name + Title of a passenger.
- There will be no penalty or additional collection for the name corrections processed using NDC services.
- NDC services will not refund any amount in terms of fare differences at the time of change.
- NDC services will not allow agents to change a name more than once.
- NDC services will not allow to change the PTC.
- NDC services will not allow to change the names of the passengers which has frequent flyer numbers entered in the booking.
- NDC services will restrict the name change once travel has commenced.
